HOME & HOME ARP Program

The Mount Vernon Urban Renewal Agency (MVURA) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) from one or more qualified contractors to implement and administer MVURA’s TBRA program. Respondents to this RFP must agree to run the program as designed and outlined by MVURA and agree to comply with all HOME and HOME-ARP regulations.

MVURA reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time prior to the issuance of any contract. Applicants are responsible for any and all costs of preparing a submission, no reimbursement or other compensation may be provided for such purposes.
