The White Plains Housing Authority (WPHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from April 11, 2024, at 8:30 am, until April 12, 2024, at 3:00 pm ET. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in June 2019.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

· 1 Person $30,850 | 5 Persons $47,600

· 2 Persons $35,250| 6 Persons $51,110

· 3 Persons $39,650 | 7 Person $54,650

· 4 Persons $44,050 | 8 Persons $58,150

This waiting list has the following preferences:

· Displaced by Government Action or Displaced by Natural Disaster.

· Families at the time of application are residents and/or work in White Plains.

· Families with Children, Elderly, or Disabled.

· 600 applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
