Point-In-Time Count Committee
Each year in January Westchester County’s CoC performs a Point-in-Time (PIT) Count of all homeless individuals living on the streets, unsheltered, or in temporary shelter housing. The purpose of the Point-In-Time Count Committee is to organize community resources prior to and during the Point-In-Time count. Additionally, in preparation for the PIT count the Point-In-Time Committee will release trainings, and guidance needed to conduct a reliable and efficient count. These resources are updated each year prior to the count in January. If you are interested in joining the Point-In-Time Count Committee please Click Here.
