The White Plains Housing Authority (WPHA) low rental assistance program, will be accepting pre-applications for 1 and 2 bedroom units located at the Winbrook Site Buildings (11 Fisher Avenue, 33 Fisher Avenue and 225 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, White Plains NY 10601)

Pre-applications will be available and must be picked up in person at the WPHA management office from December 9th 2025 - December 12th 2025 between 9:00am-2:00pm.
