The County of Westchester (the “County”), by and through its Department of Social Services (the “Department” or “WCDSS”), is requesting proposals from qualified entities to provide EMERGENCY STORAGE SERVICES FOR HOMELESS CUSTOMERS OF THE WESTCHESTER COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES.
